EzWay�Protein-Blue I (For Non-fixation) Staining Solution

1. Shake and mix the EzWay Protein-Blue I vigorously.

2. Wash the gel 3 times in 100 ml of D.W. for 10 minutes with gentle shaking.

    Note: SDS interferes staining procedure, so wash thoroughly. It is not necessary for the

    native gel staining.

3. Add 20 ml of EzWay Protein-Blue I to stain a mini gel. Gently shake the tray.

    Note: More staining solution may be required if a large tray or a large gel is being used.

    Stain intensity reaches a maximum within approximately 1 hour. Gels may be stained

    overnight without increased background. Longer procedure is needed for thicker or higher

    percentage gel.

4. Wash the gel with D.W. Several D.W. changes may be necessary for optimal results.

    Note: Washing overnight will reduce staining intensity.

5. After using EzWay Protein-Blue I, close tightly the cap and store again at 4°C.
